Cables sized for continuous load, not just nameplate rating, with voltage drop checked over the full run. Routes protected in conduit or trunking; underground runs laid at the correct depth with warning tape.
Foundations and civil works
Pedestal and DC chargers mounted on engineered concrete plinths with level bolt patterns, proper drainage, and bollards or wheel stops where vehicles manoeuvre.
Distribution and protection
Dedicated circuits, correctly rated breakers, EV-rated residual current protection and surge protection at the distribution board.
Finishing
Neat cable dressing, labelled circuits, signage, bay markings and a site left tidier than we found it.

An engineer reviews the design, cable calculations and equipment list against the site survey.
During installation
Supervisor inspections at key stages, with photo records of work that will be buried or enclosed.
